We spent last weekend in San Diego with Jaime and Dan. We hung out at the pool and hit up Sea World. And I finished Twilight. Overall a very good weekend. It is always fun to be with good friends, especially when our kids get along so well. Addi has taken quite the liking to Jaime, however. She refused to have anything to do with Ian and I when she is with her.
Let's be honest, Jaime is a little more fun than me, with a little more energy. I love her, so how can I blame Addi for doing the same? We are just glad that Jaime loves her back and doesn't mind the constant attention and demands that Addi places on her. Addi's obsession of the weekend was horses. She ran right up to this Clydesdale when she saw him. This little girl has no fear. She was lucky to get to pose with this big guy.

So how was the book? After reading your blog it made me want to read it so I finally busted out my copy. I'm about 5 chapters away. How was it? Rumor has it that the movie will be coming out in Dec.
Also what is the horse handler doing in the background of that photo with Addi & Ian? Nuts.

Ok, so as I look closely at the pool picture with Ian and Dan, I didn't notice the lil girl flying through the air at max speed about 15 feet in the air!! What the...? ha.

Awww. We love Addi! She's just "part of the family" that little animal lover. Can't wait to see you at chuck E's. Tell Ian we'll have plenty of tokens waiting for him.
