Last week we went to Hawaii with Ian's family to be there for Tristan's baby blessing. It was a great trip and it was so goo to be back on the Island after four long years away. It brought back so many good memories and made me realize how much I miss it. I would move back in a heartbeat. Here is a recap day by day. Sorry if it is a lot of pictures, it was hard to choose, there were so many fun ones!
Addi in the airport in Honolulu. It is such a great feeling walking off of the plane. You are immediately hit by the humidity (great for me, maybe not for other people), I love it.
Addi was so excited to go to Hawaii because she thought she was going to see Barack Obama (because she knows that he grew up there). When we would ask her who she was going there to see, she would say, "Sasha and Malia."
After a long flight.
Cousins. Both of my kids did great on the plane. Thank goodness for IPods. We uploaded some of Addi's show onto "her" IPod and she was set. And Von slept most of the way. The flight could not have been any better.
The Clawson Clan. When we got in, we picked Shandra and Tristan up at their house and went to the Tea House in Manoa for lunch.

What a fabulous trip! I totally want to go to that valley of the temples- it looks amazing!
