The kids are still in swim and progressing great. Here is a video of Addi diving for rings. She has really excelled these last few months, swimming with her arms and using her kickers.

Go Addi! My kids love diving for rings. Scott usually has to promise Luke that they will do it at the end or he tries to do it on his own during the lesson. =)

not that i don't love to watch addi swim, but the only reason i turned on the video was to look at scott. i am so diappointed right now.
Wow I am so impressed. I need to find someone like that over here. Is Von in swimming lessons too?
