Busy Weekend

Because our life has been crazy this last month with birthday parties, weddings and showers, we decided to play hooky from church and go to Sea World with our good friends Jaime and Dan. It was the first thing we had done as a family in many weeks. It was so great. The weather was not too hot, the kids behaved perfectly, and we were able to see all that we wanted to see and still get home by 5:30. Here are a few pictures of Addi and Luke, we still think that they are in love.

I know this is a lot of pictures, but they are just too cute.

Kori's Shower

Marsha and I, with the help of many others threw Kori a baby shower this weekend. I think I was more excited for it than Kori. We had it at Casa Gamino in their banquet room, and it turned out so cute (the food was great too). Here are a few pictures of us and the decorations, it was a jungle theme just like Kori's nursery.

Death Cab

In an effort to "live it up" before baby #2 comes into the picture, Ian got me tickets to Death Cab for Cutie for Mother's Day (who it was more of a gift for, I'm really not sure). So, on Monday, the Blad's joined us for a great night out, starting at Cheesecake Factory and then heading to the show. It was amazing. A few minutes into it I told Ian, it was almost like it wasn't real, it was so good. For my birthday, which is next month, Ian has already purchased tickets to Jimmy Eat World, (see parenthesis above). It should be great, as I have seen them a couple of times with a few of you "bloggers" out there. Good times.

The cat is out of the bag...

Well, I am officially PREGNANT! I am due December 21st, which just happens to be one day before the due date that I had with Addi. We are hoping for an early arrival like last time, just hopefully not on Addi's birthday. Addi still doesn't understand what is going on. When we ask her what is in mommy's tummy, she always replies, "belly button." She is going to be in for the shock of her life when the world as she knows it does not revolve solely around her. I dug up a picture of my last pregnancy to show everyone what you (and I) have to look forward to...

This was me at Sea World about 3 weeks before I delivered.
