We had a monumental night last night. Last night as we were putting Addi down in her bed, doing the usual routine of Dora stories, numerous songs and a little prayer, she said the three most life changing words we have heard in a while..."Daddy, pee-pee potty." At first we thought it was just a ploy to stay up a little longer, but we followed through and continued to strip her and put her on her Dora toilet seat. And shockingly she peed. Those of you who have already potty trained their kids know how huge this is, especially considering we have just barely started to introduce her to the whole idea. Not that I am ready to completely have her out of diapers, however, it is just a small step in that direction. Yea for Addi!

Yeah! Know that she knows when she has to pee, you have so much to look forward to. McKinley feels the need to pee almost every time she plays outside. She likes to think of it as her way of watering the grass. Also, a while ago, we were in the shower together, and she started dancing around in a circle singing, "I pee in the shower, I pee in the shower."
